The publishing operation is managed by a leadership and advisory team of experienced former editors-in-chief, associate editors, and renowned scientists. They are further supported by a policy review committee and an ethical committee. The publisher is committed to maintaining editorial independence and adhering to rigorous scientific practices to ensure consistent publishing quality.
