The publishing operation is managed by a leadership team and an advisory team of experienced former editors-in-chief, associate editors, and renowned scientists. They are further supported by a policy review committee and an ethical committee. The leadership team is also guided by the editorial team consisting of editors-in-chief, associate editors, and advisors. The journal’s major aim is to disseminate cutting-edge discoveries at the intersection of environmental science, human health, and sustainable development and publish original discoveries.

Management

  • Leadership Team: They provide guidance on overall strategy, direction, leadership, and decision-making. They advise on business growth and expansion opportunities, as well as market trends and quality. The leadership team work together with the advisory team to ensure the company’s strategic goals are met.
  • Policy Review Committee: The policy review committee evaluates and updates all the publisher’s policies to ensure alignment with industry standards, transparency, and relevance to community needs. This committee ensures that all journal policies remain relevant, transparent, and aligned with both industry standards and community needs.
  • Ethical Practice Committee: This committee oversees the integrity and transparency of the company’s publishing practices, ensuring adherence to the highest ethical standards. They ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) standards. They investigate and resolve ethical concerns such as plagiarism, conflicts of interest, or authorship disputes.

Publisher’s Responsibility

The publisher is committed to maintaining editorial independence. The publisher and editorial board members may engage in discussions with other journals or publishers when such interactions are beneficial to publishing practices.

The publisher adheres to rigorous publishing practices to ensure that the highest standards are consistently maintained. In cases where scientific misconduct, duplicate publishing, misuse of authorship, suspected data falsification, or plagiarism is identified in an article, the publisher, in coordination with the editorial team and ethical committee, will take appropriate action to address the issue. This may involve issuing an erratum, providing clarifications, retraction of an article, or implementation of other necessary corrections.
