Publishing Model
The journal follows a continuous publication model, which means that articles are published online as soon as they are finalized. This approach avoids delays typical of traditional issue-based publishing. All articles published within a calendar year are grouped into a single annual volume, corresponding to the publication year, which closes on December 31.
How the Model Works:
- A new issue is opened at the start of each publishing cycle—January 1.
- Each cycle ends on December 31, the day before the next cycle begins.
- As articles complete the editorial and production process, they are published immediately and added to the current open issue.
- The issue remains open throughout the year, with new articles added on a rolling basis.
- At the end of the cycle, the issue is closed, and a new one opens the following day to begin the next publishing period.
- This continuous publishing model supports the rapid dissemination of scholarly work and ensures timely access to newly published research.
